Pink Camera Is The Way To Go, Girls :)

With the rise of emo and anything that seems dark, there is still a huge following of the PowerPuff-type of colors. Take for example a pink camera, which is quite a novelty gadget to have (because of its color) when we see beautiful girls carrying one with them.

What makes a pink digital camera a great buy? Well, if you are a girl who has a very sweet and bubbly image, pink is your color. While people may prove me wrong on this choice, this is however just my opinion. I mean, if you’re a sweet girl you can never go wrong picking out pink-colored stuff. From your bag to your earrings to your hanky, the color pink will shout out to the world and make people notice. That’s because pink is beautiful.

Yahoo! Mail Image Bothered Me…

You can call me a pervert if you want, but this image of Yahoo! Mail really bothers me…

I can’t stop imagining where grandma’s arm or hand is reaching to. And that blank look on the guy’s face really leads to a lot of interpretations.

Mountain Dew and Caffeine

A while back, I have always been surprised to realize that Mountain Dew is a great energy drink, especially when I needed to stay awake at very late hours of the night. That is even though the drink is not advertised or marketed as an energy drink. And then I’ve read in a website that Mountain Dew contains at least 50 mg of caffeine.

That’s about a cup of regular coffee. So that’s why it keeps me awake and alert. Often it works even better than most energy drinks I’ve tried.

And it tastes even better. I’ve always preferred the sweet, lime-flavored drink. I also like its green packaging. Nowadays, whenever I needed to stay awake, I always grab a bottle of Mountain Dew. However, when there’s no Dew in sight, I just go back to my regular cup of coffee.

Iron Man 2: Not Quite To My Expectations

Iron Man 2

Robots against robots. Or at least droids against men in metal battle gear. That alone is a great recipe for a summer blockbuster movie. And it is, as in the case of Iron Man 2.

However, when I left the moviehouse, something in me was telling me that I was disappointed. That I was expecting more. More action? Maybe, especially if they covered a greater area, not just the Stark Expo. Actually, they seem to have fought only in a greenhouse.

A more sinister villain. Mickey Rourke’s character was not too menacing in my opinion. I was looking for somene, or something that is bigger, badder, and scarier.

The only great thing in the movie was the appearance of War Machine and the two of them fighting the droids.

I’ve read that there will be a third installment. I hope Jon Favreau and the rest of the production team can come up with a great finale to this great comic book and movie franchise.

I Hear Thunder

…and I see the skies going dimmer. Could this mean it will rain? It must be. It should.

It seems that I’m hallucinating because who wouldn’t after all these weeks of intense heat and no rain, I would gladly participate even in a rain dance just to cool down these afternoons. And it has been extremely hot that right now I’m using two electric fans just to cool me down.

“Rain, rain go away, come again another day, little Johnny wants to play…” as a small child I used to love singing that nursery rhyme during the rainy season. But not today. I would change that lyrics to:

“Rain, rain come today, stay awhile for a few days, little MJ wants to chill.”

:) That last word sure didn’t rhyme. But I would love for a little rain today.
