My Friend’s Annoying Friendster Habit
I have a friend who is a globetrotter. Well, he’s family’s rich so he could afford to go to places while not having a job at the same time. Some people are just born lucky.
You might think that I’m just being envious. Who wouldn’t? But he’s my friend and I’m happy that he gets to visit destinations such as New York, Parish, Shanghai, and more. What bothers me is that each time he went to a place, he would take like a hundred photos of himself and create a Friendster account just for that place.
A new Friendster account just for one place!
Can you imagine that? He’s got a Friendster account for his Hong Kong visit. He’s got a Friendster account for his Boracay visit. He’s got a Friendster account for almost every shit hole he’s been.
I kept rejecting his Friendster invites on each of these new accounts but he kept on inviting me. When he asked me why I kept rejecting, I told him the truth. That I find it quite annoying that he’s got all these Friendster accounts when he could have just create an album for each of his travels on ONE Friendster account.
But he didn’t listen. Just now he sent me another invite. I forgot what place it is this time. I just politely rejected it.
For the record, he’s still my Friend. I just hate this Friendster habit of his.
